Proxytorium Terms of Service

Terms of Use by Proxytorium is a legal agreement between Proxytorium('we', 'our', 'us') and you the person agreeing to these terms('user', 'client', 'you', 'your') listed below.

This agreement governs access and use of Products offered by Proxytorium. By clicking "I accept the Terms of Service" you confirm that you have read and consent to the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy and that you are legally bound to them, including their updated versions.

We reserve the right to ammend this agreement to be able to process the best services possible. Any ammends to the agreement will result in prior informing of everyone who accepts this agreement.

Client area: The area for our clients accessible at https://services.proxytorium.com meant for buying/managing/cancelling our services.

Panel: The control panel accessible at https://panel.proxytorium.com meant for managing lxc/vps/proxy orders.

Discord: The Official Discord server through which we provide official support. The Discord will always be accessible from our website.

Proxies

We strive to provide the best proxies possible, to do so we need our clients to co-operate. By buying our Proxies you agree to the below standardised methods we follow to judge fair usage.

  • We block port 25 on our proxies by default
  • What is forbidden:
    a) Visiting the dark web or .onion links.
    b) Spamming of any search engine or website
    c) Unscientific ways of scraping that may lead to abuse rise in abuse scores
  • Abuse on our proxies is decided by https://www.ipqualityscore.com
  • We log abuse scores before delivering our proxies. If we find the abuse score to jump, we maintain the right to suspend your proxies until justification is provided.
  • We log traffic sent through proxies for resolution of any conflicts that may arise between any parties affected by the usage of the proxies. Logged traffic is stored for 30 days unless there is a dispute.

LXCs

Linux Containers being a niche product offering is intended to be used mainly to duplicate lightweight processes like bandwidth sharing. By buying our LXCs you agree to the below base guidelines set by Proxytorium.

  • 1. We block port 25 on our LXCs by default
  • 2. You are not allowed to run proxy servers on LXCs until consulted by support team.
  • 3. What is forbidden:
  • a) Heavy cpu/ram utilization processes are not allowed on LXCs(Like Peer2Profit).

  • b) Any kind of mining or selling resources other than bandwidth is not allowed on LXCs.

  • c) Port scanning/pinging IPs you dont own.

  • d) Spamming any kind of outgoing request to hosts you dont own.

  • 4. Abuse on our LXC IPs is decided by https://www.ipqualityscore.com
  • 5. We log abuse scores before delivering our LXCs. If we find the abuse score to jump, we maintain the right to suspend your LXCs until justification is provided.

Limitations

Proxytorium or its suppliers will not be hold accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials of Proxytorium’s Services, even if Proxytorium or an authorize representative of Proxytorium has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law Any claim related to Proxytorium's Service shall be governed by the laws of us without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
